Despite the past month’s unpredictable heatwaves, floods and thunderstorms, August 1st was perfect for our Digi-Cluster summer party. We met at Clock gardens in Hertfordshire to celebrate a year of tech-driven events and the evening was fantastic. Today we’re here to update you on everything that went down in case you missed it!
Clock’s CEO and Digi-Cluster co-host Syd Nadim kicked off proceedings by introducing Tom Kingham and Nimbus Hosting, our fabulous sponsors! We’re forever thankful for the support Nimbus provide to our events which provide a great opportunity for people to network with others in their industry.
‘Nimbus Hosting – a dedicated team providing high-quality web hosting. Their in-house built Hosting Platform STORM, has been specifically designed for agencies and freelancers to streamline their workflow and manage their client’s hosting needs. Conceived and developed from the frustration of our clients, who were struggling with the standard offering of control panels, STORM provides the core functions required to manage your web hosting via a simple interface.’

BBQ, bright(ish) skies and plenty of Pimms…
After the pitches, the BBQ was lit and the drinks started flowing.
We had lots of delicious food on offer this year, a selection ranging from stuffed peppers and burgers to strawberries and cream. A highlight, of course, was the salmon, freshly caught by Syd on his recent trip to Scotland- the perfect addition to a great array of treats.
The evening was fantastic and it was great to see so many faces, both new and familiar. Thanks to everyone who took part in the event and for attending our events all year round, they wouldn’t be the same without you!
